Privately owned fleet
ILT's owned fleet allows FTL and provides flexibility in special cases. The owned fleet is an essential part of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans as, in any situation, the company can execute transport requests regardless of the situation, e.g. in case of a drivers' union strike or a situation such as a pandemic, ILT can continue to serve loyal customers using its owned fleet.
Light Van/ Light trucks
Light vans are effective for transporting goods within the urban fabric (City Logistics) and the country. Due to their size they are used to provide access to cities and inaccessible locations. In addition, they offer speed in moving and transporting goods of small volume and weight.
Medium-sized trucks
These trucks give flexibility for urban and semi-urban areas and often offer flexibility for different types of cargo within the country. They offer flexibility and speed for transporting medium weight goods over a relatively large radius with relative flexibility to move within the urban area.
Heavy-duty trucks
These trucks form the backbone of the fleet and every week around 50 owned and hired trucks of this type cross the borders of European cities and move mainly on the motorways. Their aim is to connect your business with European shopping centres.
